Who we are
Revelation brings you the very best in electronic dance music and culture.
It’s a collaboration between myself, Ben Rubin, and my good friend and co-conspirator Stef.
I was previously the founder of Make Me, a London-based house and techno party that ran from 2008 to 2020; founder of Phase Transition, a streaming platform focused on UK sound system culture which launchded in 2020, and is currently on hiatus; and was also a resident and programmer for Bloc Festival for many years.
Stef has a deep background in house and techno, and an enormous passion for the music developed over nearly 40 years working in record shops, DJing and curating labels. He will remain semi-anonymous for the time being…
What we do
Each week we shine a light on some of the most crucial producers, labels and DJs working across the full spectrum of underground electronic music. Ultimately, our focus is on artists delivering quality and working in the right way, for the right reasons.
We also seek to address some of the toxic commercial and political issues that have had such a negative impact on our precious scene over the past few years.
As time goes on we’ll be hosting parties, sharing mixes and releasing music.
